Returns

We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered.

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear & tear, or improper handling will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products bought on sale or discount

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care / hygiene related products (if applicable)

  • Customized or made-to-order products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Replacement

In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer replacement instead of refund, subject to stock availability.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by customer, unless the product is defective or wrong item delivered.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
